Fuxing District, belongs to Handan City, Hebei Province. It is located in the south of Hebei Province and the west of Handan city, with a total area of 249 square kilometers. As of June 2023, Fuxing District has jurisdiction over 7 streets, 1 town and 2 townships. Among them, Lintan Town and Nancheng Township are under the trusteeship of Ji'nan New District. During the Spring and Autumn Period, Handan was first under Wei and then under Jin, and it is recorded in history as a local economic center. In the 19th year of Qin's reign (228 BC), Handan County was established, and in 1946, Handan County and some of the surrounding villages were analyzed to establish Handan City, and in 1980, the urban area was abolished and divided into Congtai District, Handanshan District, and Fuxing District.In March 2021, it was awarded as the 2020 Advanced County (City, District) for the Village Cleaning Action in Hebei Province. In 2022, the gross regional product of Fuxing District was 25.29 billion yuan, an increase of 4.2%.
