Lixian, belonging to Longnan City, Gansu Province, is located in the southeastern part of Gansu Province, the north of Longnan City, east of Tianshui Qinzhou District, West and County, west of Dangchang, Minxian, south of Longnan City, Wudu District, north of Wushan, Gangu County border. The county covers an area of 4,299.92 square kilometers. As of zero hour on November 1, 2020, Lixian resident population of 424,135 people.
Yuan dynasty, set up on behalf of Li Dian Wenzhou military and civilian marshalship, later because of the "Li" word vulgar, borrowing elegant homophonic "Li" instead of the word, initially subordinate to the Wang Xiangfu, and then belonged to the Tubo Xuanwu Si. August 1949, Li County was liberated, the establishment of the people's government of Li County, belonging to the Wudu District Administration under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner's Office. 1985, Li County has a permanent population of 424,133 people. In July 1985, Li County was transferred to Wudu, the former Wudu Prefecture renamed Longnan Administration. 2004, Longnan withdrew to set up a city, Li County is still subordinate. As of October 2021, Li County jurisdiction 22 towns, 7 townships, the county people's government in Chengguan Town. Li County is the birthplace of the Qin race, Qin culture, known as the "hometown of the Qin Emperor". Local specialties are Li County rhubarb, angelica, sheep's stomach vegetables, wine persimmons. There are Gansu Qin Culture Museum, the first Qin mausoleum - Qin West Frontier Mausoleum, Qishan Wuhou Ancestral Hall and other attractions.

Among them, the added value of primary industry is 1.58 billion yuan, up 6.1% year-on-year; the added value of secondary industry is 820 million yuan, up 15.2% year-on-year; the added value of tertiary industry is 3.36 billion yuan, up 5.9% year-on-year.
