Baiyin City, also known as Copper City, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Gansu Province, located in northwestern China, the upper reaches of the Yellow River, the central part of Gansu Province, and at the intersection of the four provinces of Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, and Qingdao, with a total area of 21,200 square kilometers.
