Subu Town, belonging to Yu'an District, Lu'an City, Anhui Province, is located in the southern part of Yu'an District, neighboring Chengnan Township in the east, Qingshan Township in the southeast, adjoining Shibanchong Township in the southwest, bordering Hanchangdu Township in the north, and 11 kilometers away from the urban area of Yu'an District, with a total area of 68 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, the registered population of Subu Township is 82,016.
At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the realm of the current Su Bu Town belonged to the Xixiaoyi Township Twenty All; in 1984, Su Jiabu District and Su Jiabu Town merged to form Su Bu Town. As of June 2020, Su Bu Town has 4 communities and 16 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town's people's government is located in Su Jiabu.
