Luozhuang District, belonging to Linyi City, Shandong Province, is located in the southeast of Shandong Province, the east boundary of the Yi River and Hedong District, Tancheng County, across the water, west and south to the two to border with Luling County, north and Lanshan District adjacent. Jurisdiction area of 568 square kilometers, jurisdiction over five streets, three towns, a provincial economic development zone, 120 large communities, 283 natural villages. According to the seventh population census data, as of zero hour on November 1, 2020, Luizhuang District resident population of 679,333 people. The district government is located at No.1 Kaiyuan Road, Shengzhuang Street.
In 1994, Linyi District and county-level Linyi City were abolished, and prefecture-level Linyi City, Lanshan District, Luozhuang District and Hedong District were established under Linyi City. Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and National Highway 206 run through the north and south, Zao Lin Lan Expressway and National Highway 327 run through the east and west, Yanzhou-Shi Railway runs through the north, 10 kilometers away from Linyi Airport, 25 kilometers away from Linyi High-speed Railway Station, 150 kilometers away from Qingdao Port, the seventh largest port in the world, and more than 100 kilometers away from the three major ports, namely, Rizhao, Lanshan and Lianyungang. The Lingong Bridge connects to the Economic Development Zone in the east, and the Mengshan Elevated Bridge connects to the Beicheng New District in the north.
In 2022, Luozhuang District realized a GDP of 42.87 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 2.8% at constant prices. By industry, the added value of primary industry was 1.096 billion yuan, up 4.7% year-on-year; the added value of secondary industry was 17.946 billion yuan, up 0.2% year-on-year; the added value of tertiary industry was 23.828 billion yuan, up 4.6% year-on-year.
