Dongchangfu District, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, is located in the western part of Shandong Province, the central part of Liaocheng City, depending on Dong'a County and Chiping District in the east, Yanggu County in the south, Guanxian County and Xin County in the west, and Linqing City in the north.
