Guanghan City, county-level city under the jurisdiction of Sichuan Province, administered by Deyang City. Anciently known as Hanzhou, alias Luo Cheng, is the first batch of Sichuan expanding the power of the county pilot counties (cities); 19 kilometers north of Deyang City, 20 kilometers south of downtown Chengdu, located in the northeast of the Chengdu Plain, the western foothills of the Longquan Mountain Range.
