Lichuan County, belonging to Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the eastern part of Jiangxi Province, at the junction of Gan and Fujian Provinces, adjacent to four counties and cities of Fujian Province, namely, Glossy, Shaowu, Jianning and Taining, in the southeast, and bordering on three counties of Nancheng, Nanfeng and Zixi in the northwest of the city, which is the eastern gate of Jiangxi Province and the bridgehead of the west of the sea, with a total area of 1,728 square kilometers.
