Cao Ping Town, belonging to Dingcheng District, Changde City, Hunan Province, is located in the southern part of Dingcheng District, bordering with Shimenqiao Town and Tangjiapu Township in the east, Huangtudian Town and Changmaoling Township in the south, Xujiaqiao Hui Uygur Township and Dingjiagang Township in the west, and Doomhu Town and Deshan Development Zone in the north.
