Wangcheng District, a district of Changsha, Hunan Province, is located in the northwestern part of Changsha, with a total area of 951.07 square kilometers, connected to Changsha County in the east, Kaifu and Yuelu districts in the south, Ningxiang City in the southwest, Heshan District in Yiyang City in the northwest, Xiangyin County in Yueyang City in the north, and Miluo City in Yueyang City in the northeast.
