Haikou, prefecture-level city and capital of Hainan Province, the strategic pivot city of the national "Belt and Road", the core city of Hainan Free Trade Port, an important node city of the Beibu Gulf City Cluster, a third-tier city, is located in the northern part of Hainan Island, between latitudes of 19°31′-20°04′N and longitudes of 110°07′-110°42′E. It is the political, economic, scientific, technological and cultural center of Hainan Province. Haikou City is located in the tropics, is a rich seaside natural charming scenery of the southern coastal city. Located in the northern edge of the low-latitude tropics, belonging to the tropical monsoon climate. Since the Northern Song Dynasty since the opening of the port, there have been thousands of years of history.
