Datian Town, belonging to Enping City, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, is located in the western part of Enping City, adjacent to Liangxi Town in the east, Encheng Street in the south, Chunwan Town, Yangchun City, Yangjiang City in the west, and Ridong Town, Xingxin County, Yunfu City in the north, with an area of 202.36 square kilometers in the town's administrative area. In 1958, it was the Daitian Commune, which was later divided and merged with Langdi Commune. 1983, it was renamed District Commune. 1987, it was called Daitian Town after the district was abolished and set up as a town. 2001, Langdi Town was merged into Daitian Town.
