Jinzhai County, belonging to Lu'an City, Anhui Province, is located in the western border of Anhui Province and the hinterland of Dabie Mountain, which is in the combination of seven counties and two districts in three provinces. It is bordered by Henan and Hubei Provinces in the west and south, and lies between latitude 31°06′-31°48′ north and longitude 115°22′-116°11′ east, with a total area of 3,814 square kilometers.
