Ouhai District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, is one of the four main districts of Wenzhou City, located in the southwest of Wenzhou city center, close to Lucheng District in the north, Longwan District in the east, Rui'an City in the south, and Qingtian County (belonging to Lishui City) in the west. It belongs to the subtropical ocean monsoon climate region with four distinct seasons and abundant rainfall, covering a total area of 466 square kilometers. As of the end of 2023, the resident population of Ouhai District was 1,011,600 people. As of February 2023, Ouhai District has 12 streets and 1 town under its jurisdiction, with the district government stationed at No. 6, Chauyang Road, Louqiao Street.
