Fufeng County, belonging to Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the western part of Guanzhong, and is the site of the holy land of Buddha's bones and the Buddhist shrine of Famen Temple. It is located in the west-central part of Shaanxi Province, in the basin of the Flowback River in the eastern part of the territory of Baoji City. It lies between longitude 107°45′-108°03′E and latitude 34°12′-34°37′N, with a total area of 720 square kilometers. As of the end of 2022, there were 1 street and 7 towns in Fufeng County. Fufeng County is the eastern gate of Baoji City, named for "supporting the capital and practicing wind and culture". The main rivers in the territory are Wei River and Flowback River. Mineral deposits include limestone and marble. The Longhai Railway, G30 Xibao Expressway and 209 and 104 Provincial Highways are in transit. Fufeng County is known as the Oriental Buddha Capital, and in 2019, it was awarded the title of "National Agricultural Product Quality Safety County".
