Chengbei District, belonging to Xining City, Qinghai Province. Located in the northwestern part of Xining City, east and east of the border, west and Huangzhong District as a neighbor, south and city, west of the Huangshui River across the city, north and the Datong Hui Tu Autonomous County and Mutual Assistance Tu Autonomous County borders.
