Neihuang County is located in the north of Henan Province, belonging to Anyang City, Henan Province. It is neighboring Wei County of Hebei Province in the north, Puyang City and Qingfeng County in the east, Slide County and Hebi Joon County in the south, and Anyang and Tangyin County in the west. The county has a total area of 1,161 square kilometers. According to the seventh national census data, as of zero hour on November 1, 2020, the resident population of Neihuang County was 682,070 people. Located on the old course of the Yellow River, Neihuang is named after the Yellow River and is the hometown of Chinese folk culture and art. It is the hometown of Shang Yang, a politician in the Spring and Autumn Period, Ran Min, the emperor of Ran Wei in the 16th State of Eastern Jin Dynasty, Shen Nephew, a great poet of the Tang Dynasty, Xiang Yu, the king of Chu, who captured the army to save Zhao, and "broke the kettle and sank the boat", and Yue Fei, a national hero, where he lived and grew up in his childhood. Within the three Yangzhuang site is one of the top ten discoveries of national archaeology in 2005, 2006 was announced by the State Council as the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units, known as "China's Pompeii", in 2010 and included in the list of the first batch of national archaeological site parks project.
