Liupanshui City, also known as China Liangdu, prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guizhou Province, located in Qianxi Wumeng Mountain Area, Yunnan, Guizhou Province, the combination of two provinces, east of Anshun City, south of Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, west of Qujing City, Yunnan Province, north of Bijie City, the geodetic structure of the Yangzi quasi-terrestrial on the Yangzi Terrace Fold Belt, is a subtropical monsoon humid climate zone, with a total area of 9,914 square kilometers.
