Helinger County, located in the south of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, under the jurisdiction of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hohhot County, is located in the south-central part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, southeastern part of Hohhot City, located in the Jin-Mongolian border area, Hohhot-Bao'e "Golden Triangle" hinterland.
