Wuda District is one of the municipal districts of Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, located in the western part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the western part of Wuhai City. Northeast across the Yellow River and HaiBoWan District, southeast across the river and Hainan District, northwest and Alxa League border, south and Ningxia important chemical base Shizuishan City adjacent to the center of the "NingMeng (Ningxia, Inner Mongolia) economic district", the area of 198 square kilometers. As of 2013, it has one town and seven offices under its jurisdiction. According to the seventh census data, as of November 1, 2020 zero hour, Wuda District resident population of 122,696 people.
In 2018, the annual gross regional product of Uda District was completed at 14.66 billion yuan, an increase of 7.5% year-on-year.In March 2019, it was announced by the Ministry of Water Resources as the first batch of counties (districts) to reach the standard of water-saving society construction.
