The office buildings, commercial buildings, factories, processing workshops and other productive and operational buildings involved in the expropriation of the collective residential base will be compensated according to the assessment of the area and use of the house as set out in the documents certifying the ownership of the house.
4. The land compensation for the expropriated residential base or de facto business houses along National Highway 209 will be given to the village collectives in accordance with the area stated in the certificate of use of the residential base or the recognized area of 50,600 yuan per mu.
Chapter IV Others
VI. Relocation subsidies and temporary resettlement subsidies
(1) Relocation subsidies: 10 yuan/square meter calculated according to the floor area of the expropriated house, not less than 1,000 yuan for each household, and property rights exchange is calculated twice.

VII. Incentive measures

Nine, work expenses

Ten, bylaws

(4) After the expropriated person signs the housing expropriation compensation agreement, the expropriation unit will take back the Village and Township Housing Ownership Certificate, Land Use Certificate and other relevant supporting materials of the expropriated house, and uniformly hand them over to the original licensing department for cancellation.
