Make every effort to ensure the completion and commissioning of the Keqi Datang Coal-to-Natural Gas Phase II Series Improvement Project, as well as the Chifeng Zhongji New Energy Phase I Project—which involves the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas to produce 162,000 tons of liquid ammonia and 115,000 tons of LNG annually. Prioritize the construction of projects such as the Dadi Yuntian Comprehensive Utilization Project for Sulfur, Titanium, and Phosphorus Resources and the Guodian Chemical Industry Restructuring Project for 300,000 tons of liquid ammonia.Promote high-quality development of the fluorochemical industry. Prioritize the commissioning and full-scale operation of the Mingyue High-End Fluorinated New Materials Industrial Park and the Linxi Tianyi Company’s 20,000-ton difluoroethane and 9,000-ton acetylene production line restructuring project. Vigorously promote the following projects: the High-Tech Zone’s Chuanlian Mineral Feed 400,000-ton feed-grade phosphate project; the Guanggang Gas Industrial Gases and Fluorine-Based Electronic Specialty Gases R&D and Production Demonstration Base;Yuanbaoshan Sanfang Agriculture’s 80,000-ton annual high-efficiency potassium sulfate project, Zuoqi Pengfeng Chemical’s Phase III 50,000-ton annual anhydrous hydrogen fluoride project, and Fluormanxin’s 140,000-ton fluorine-based products and intermediates project, among others, to be successfully implemented.We will pursue high-quality development in the bio-chemical and fine chemical sectors, focusing on the construction of Ruiyang Chemical’s annual 20,000-ton trimethylolpropane project, while advancing Zhongxing Electronics’ high-purity arsenic project, Lianlong’s annual 11,800-ton series of light stabilizers, MoChi Chemical’s annual 1,000-ton thiophene,Jiurixin Materials’ annual 9,250-ton series of photoinitiators and intermediates, and Jiafu Chemical’s pharmaceutical intermediates, and strive to achieve full production capacity and operational efficiency as soon as possible. Prioritize the implementation of 20 projects, including Wanze Pharmaceutical’s industrialization of generic aspirin enteric-coated tablets and research on the consistency evaluation of generic drug quality and efficacy.Guide leading enterprises such as Tianqi Pharmaceutical and Jingfukang Pharmaceutical to expand capacity and upgrade operations, and prioritize the commencement of construction for major projects such as Qimeng Pharmaceutical’s Mongolian Medicine Granules project under the Autonomous Region’s Major Science and Technology Special Project Plan. Focus on the construction of straw comprehensive utilization projects and strive to achieve a straw comprehensive utilization rate of 90% in project counties.Continue to strengthen supervision of agricultural and livestock product quality and safety, as well as certification (registration) of high-quality agricultural and livestock products. Ensure that the annual output of newly certified green foods and organic agricultural products increases by at least 6%, and promote the implementation of commitment-based compliance certificates by 117 production entities.
