General Provisions (1) To ensure the implementation of relevant policies, these Implementation Rules are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the “Several Measures for Investment Promotion in the Baise Key Development and Opening-up Pilot Zone, Guangxi” (Baizhengfa [2020] No. 14) (hereinafter referred to as the “Several Measures”), and in light of the actual conditions of our city.(2) Scope of Application.
