2. “Affiliated Company” means a company which has direct or indirect equity relationship with Tianjin Taniguchuan Technology Co., Ltd. or whose actual controller is the same person.

3. “You” or “user”, refers to the use of Tianjin Valley River Technology Co., Ltd. operated platform products or services for registered users and buyers of services.

4. “Merchants network platform” or “Merchants network software”, refers to the Merchants network PC terminal, Merchants network Merchants end of the small program, where to choose the small program.

5. “Personal information” means all kinds of information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information. Personal information includes basic personal information, personal identification information, network identification information, personal profile, personal work information, personal project experience information, personal communication information, contact information, personal internet records, personal location information, etc. For the avoidance of doubt, personal information includes, but is not limited to, personal sensitive information.

6. “Subject of personal information” means the natural person identified by the personal information.

7. “Sensitive personal information” refers to personal information that, if leaked, illegally provided or misused, may jeopardize the safety of persons and property, and is highly likely to lead to damage to a person's reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. Sensitive personal information includes personal property information, personal identification information, network identification information and so on.

8. “De-identification” means the process of technically processing personal information so that the subject of the personal information cannot be identified without the aid of additional information.

9. “Anonymization” means the process of technical processing of personal information so that the subject of the personal information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be recovered.

10. “China” or “in China” refers to the mainland of the People's Republic of China, and for the purpose of this Merchants Network Privacy Policy only, excludes the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and the Taiwan region of China.
