△ Zero-Carbon Home Appliances and Photovoltaic Module Production Project
At the production workshop of New Carbon Source Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. in the Beitun Economic and Technological Development Zone, workers use automated production equipment to methodically complete the final assembly, sealing, and framing processes. Introduced to the area in 2022 through the precise matchmaking of Gu Chuan United, this project is the first high-tech industrial initiative in Beitun City, Tenth Division, filling a gap in strategic emerging industries.
National-Level High-Tech Enterprise
Rooted in Beitun
New Carbon Source Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. is a photovoltaic new energy service provider planning to build a production base for zero-carbon home appliances, energy storage equipment, and photovoltaic modules in Beitun in three phases.
Currently, Phase I has commenced production, serving as a positive model for fostering the new energy industry chain and supply chain. Phase II is in the preparatory stage and is expected to begin production in October.
“We came here to invest and build in June 2022. In just six months, our output value has already exceeded 20 million yuan, and we achieved scale-up status by the end of the year,” said Lü Yingjie, Production Manager.
“Once Phase II goes into production, output value can reach 80 million yuan. With the launch of Phase III next year, annual output value could reach 300 million yuan.”
Xinjiang Xintanyuan Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd.’s products cover the generation, storage, consumption, and distribution of photovoltaic energy. Abundant raw materials and convenient transportation links were the primary reasons the company chose to invest in Beitun.
“Our products are primarily sold to the five Central Asian countries and markets surrounding Xinjiang. Beitun is adjacent to multiple international trade ports and serves as a key transportation hub connecting China to Central Asia and Central Europe. It offers significant advantages in rail transport, cutting shipping times in half,” said Sun Xiaoping, Deputy General Manager of Xin Carbon Source Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd.
As Sun Xiaoping noted, in recent years, Beitun has leveraged its geographical and resource advantages to accelerate its development in the new energy sector.
Industry Consulting + Investment Promotion + Training
Comprehensively Empowering Regional Economic Development
Xinjiang is one of the regions in China with the richest photovoltaic resources.
How to vigorously develop large-scale, demonstration-type new energy industries in line with national policies on energy conservation, emissions reduction, carbon neutrality, and clean energy support is a common challenge faced by all districts and counties.
In 2020, the Beitun Economic and Technological Development Zone entered into an investment promotion partnership with Guchuan Lianxing.
We assisted the Investment Promotion Leading Group in conducting practical investment promotion training sessions across the entire division and city.

We assisted Beitun’s two provincial-level development zones—the Beitun Economic and Technological Development Zone and the Tunnan Economic and Technological Development Zone—in formulating industrial development plans and clarifying investment promotion strategies.
Ultimately, supported by actionable industrial development plans and through close collaboration between Beitun and Guchuan United, industrial projects were successfully signed, commenced construction, and began production.
Guchuan United’s end-to-end solution—combining “industrial consulting, investment promotion, and training”—not only ensured the practicality and guidance of the plans but also empowered the investment promotion team to grow together.
This pragmatic collaboration yielded fruitful results and received high recognition from the leadership of the Beitun Economic and Technological Development Zone.
In the Far North of the Northwest, Achieving New Feats
A hundred thousand troops march out of the Tianshan Mountains, guarding the frontier and cultivating the land. The scenery along the frontier is infinitely beautiful; why strive to enter the Yumen Pass?
For over 60 years, transforming the Gobi Desert into a verdant homeland, generation after generation of the 10th Division’s people have dedicated their youth and passion to building Beitun City—a new town with distinctive military-reclamation characteristics—on the ancient, millennia-old wilderness.
Beitun is situated at the heart of Xinjiang’s Altay Prefecture, boasting a superior geographical location.
As the sole passage of the “China-Russia Direct Transport Corridor,” it borders Russia, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia, playing a vital hub role in integrating with external economies, driving Xinjiang’s economy, and connecting with the mainland economy.
As the main platform for Beitun’s investment promotion efforts, the Beitun Economic and Technological Development Zone leverages its industrial strengths to scientifically plan industries, vigorously pursue investment, and fully facilitate project implementation.
“Based on the industrial layout of the prefecture-level city, we are accelerating plans to introduce and establish a batch of emerging industry projects. From January to May this year, the Beitun Economic and Technological Development Zone dispatched 11 investment promotion teams totaling 42 people to other provinces and cities to attract investment. We engaged with over 70 development zones and enterprises, negotiated 15 investment intentions, and plan to facilitate the establishment of 1 to 3 new technology-based and high-tech enterprises. By guiding the continuous entry of emerging industries, we aim to continuously stimulate the city’s long-term development potential,”” said Dou Yujun, Deputy Director of the Beitun Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee.
The China-Europe Railway Express and the “dual carbon” goals serve as two powerful, complementary forces, jointly driving Beitun’s transformative journey from a “resource-based” to a “green” economy, and from “traditional” to “innovative.”
The panorama of industrial development is gradually unfolding here.
