Park Overview
The Suining High-Tech Zone was officially established in March 2019. It was developed under a “one zone, multiple parks” model and consists of the Directly Administered Zone, the Chuanshan Park, the Jinqiao Park, the Anju Park, andSuining Innovation Park. The Directly Administered Zone covers an area of 60 square kilometers, with a registered population of over 38,000 and a permanent resident population of over 75,000.Suining High-Tech Zone focuses on the city’s “1336” overall work strategy, centering on the goal of “Highlights in High-Tech” and the development positioning of “Five Highs, Four News, and Two Zones.” It is fully committed to building a high-tech industrial cluster and a national logistics hub economic demonstration zone. Since its establishment, it has been awarded more than 30 national and provincial honors, including “Land Port-Type National Logistics Hub,” ““First Batch of Industrial Cooperation Demonstration Parks in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle,” among more than 30 other national and provincial honors.
Located at a central node along the Chengdu-Chongqing development axis, Suining High-Tech Zone is equidistant from Chengdu and Chongqing at 128 kilometers. It borders Anju District to the south and adjoins the Economic Development Zone to the north, offering a strategic location that allows it to share economies of scale with neighboring districts, counties, and industrial parks, thereby possessing immense development potential. The zone features one completed railway line (the Shanghai–Chengdu Railway, with one station at Suining South), two expressway toll stations (on S40 Guanghong Expressway and S53 Maosui Expressway, with toll stations at Suining South and Suining High-Tech Zone), 14.4 kilometers of national highways (G246,G247, and G318), 4.5 kilometers of provincial highways (S207), and 69.9 kilometers of rural roads (6.8 kilometers of county roads, 2.2 kilometers of township roads, and 60.8 kilometers of village roads), forming a “well” pattern of two north-south and four east-west trunk roads.
