I. Scope of Application
This policy applies to enterprises and institutions with independent legal personality (hereinafter referred to as enterprises and institutions) whose place of registration, tax settlement relationship and statistical relationship are in Sichuan Tianfu New Area (hereinafter referred to as DZ).　

The high-end computing power supply platform referred to in this policy is the supercomputing center and intelligent computing center built in the DZ and managed and operated by independent legal entities or branches with outstanding contributions in the DZ.

Article 2 supports joint research on key technologies. Article 3 supports the construction of hardware and software adaptation test platforms. Support for high-end computing power supply platform alone or jointly with enterprises and institutions to build advanced computing industry hardware and software adaptation test platform, in the platform is completed and put into operation, in accordance with the platform of the actual construction costs of 30%, to give the construction of the main unit of a single adaptive test platform up to a maximum of 3 million yuan subsidies, the same subject of the cumulative annual maximum of not more than 5 million yuan.

The subsidy will be provided in the form of an annual subsidy of up to 200,000 RMB. This policy shall be implemented after May 30, 2024, and shall be valid for three years. The funds of this policy are included in the overall arrangement of industrial development funds, and budget management and total control are implemented. In the process of implementing the policy, if there is any conflict due to the adjustment of the relevant policies of the state, province, city and directly managed area, the adjusted provisions shall prevail. The relevant implementation rules are formulated and interpreted by the New Economy Bureau of Sichuan Tianfu New Area.
