With an annual output value of 500 million yuan, the Zheruitang Home Flooring Project—the first PVC commercial flooring manufacturer in the western region—has officially commenced production!

In June of this year, Phase I of the project was completed and began production, currently boasting an annual production capacity of 7 million square meters; construction of Phase II is proceeding smoothly.

This marks the official shipment of the first batch of PVC flooring to the Southwest market.

Not only is it one of the key projects in the Western China (Guangyuan) Green Home Furnishings Industrial Park, but it also marks a return investment by Guchuan Lianhang in Zhaohua.

The first PVC commercial flooring production project in Western China was built with a 300 million yuan investment by Jiangxi Giladino Technology Co., Ltd., covering a total area of approximately 150 mu.

In March of last year, Guchuan Lianxing facilitated Jiladino’s establishment in the China Western (Guangyuan) Green Home Furnishings Industrial Park, driving the regional industrial cluster toward higher-quality development.

The project includes the construction of a 50,000-square-meter home flooring production plant, four production lines, and supporting facilities, with a plot ratio exceeding 1.2.

It must be said that the 93-day timeline from initial negotiations to groundbreaking exemplifies the “Guangyuan-Zhaohua speed” and serves as the best testament to the region’s business environment.

Speed and Precision: A Perfect Combination

For many years, based on its partnership with Zhaohua and leveraging 14 years of practical investment promotion experience and over 980,000 pieces of industrial big data, Guichuan United has identified trends in the park’s industrial development, conducted targeted investment promotion for the home furnishings sector, and built a communication bridge between government and enterprises.

Since the partnership began, we have facilitated the commencement and operation of key projects such as Giladino, Meihao Shijia, and Guangzhi Aluminum. Among these, Meihao Shijia has made additional investments to expand its production scale; the project’s on-schedule construction and increased investment once again demonstrate its alignment with the regional industrial landscape.

The Zheruitang Home Flooring project has already secured orders totaling 200,000 square meters. Operating on a 24-hour shift system, the facility currently produces 10,000 square meters of PVC commercial flooring daily. As order volumes increase, an additional production line will be added to meet demand.

This is the third production base following those in Hebei and Jiangxi, providing over 300 jobs. Currently, construction of the residential area, warehouses, and Phase II factory buildings is proceeding at full speed. All construction tasks are expected to be completed by the end of 2025, with full-scale production commencing thereafter.

This achievement is attributable to the “Zhaohua Speed” created through collaboration between the government and the enterprise. Last year, the Zheruitang Home Flooring project was signed on March 29, secured the land on June 28, began site preparation on June 30, and broke ground on July 10—completing the entire process from initial negotiations to groundbreaking in just 93 days.

The earlier establishment of Girardino aligns perfectly with the “supply chain supplementation and strengthening” development strategy of the China Western (Guangyuan) Green Home Furnishings Industrial Park, serving as a pivotal milestone in the deepening cooperation with Gu Chuan United.

Guangyuan is situated at the geometric center of four major cities—Chengdu, Xi’an, Chongqing, and Lanzhou—offering significant transportation advantages. The Beijing-Kunming, Lanzhou-Chongqing, and Enshi-Guangyuan expressways converge within the city, and a comprehensive multi-modal transportation network—connecting the southwest and northwest regions and linking inland areas to the coast via rail, road, water, and air—has been established, making it a key transportation hub connecting the southwest and northwest and facilitating the “Belt and Road” initiative.

At the same time, it serves as a vital transportation node for routes traversing the Eurasian continent to the Middle East and Europe, as well as through Yunnan and Guangxi to South and Southeast Asia, making rail freight transportation exceptionally convenient.

Moreover, Guangyuan Port, located within Zhaohua District, serves as the “primary port” connecting China’s northwestern inland regions to the Yangtze River’s “golden waterway” via the Jialing River waterway, enabling direct shipment of 1,000-ton cargoes to destinations such as Chongqing and Shanghai.

Guangyuan Customs enables local foreign trade enterprises to clear customs “right at their doorstep.” With convenient regional transportation links and excellent accessibility for bulk cargo transport, the city ensures efficient and unimpeded terminal logistics for the Home Furnishings Industrial Park, thereby addressing previous logistical “weaknesses.”

Crucially, the areas surrounding Guangyuan are rich in forest resources, with a total timber stock of 200 million cubic meters. The city’s forest coverage rate reaches 55%, and its forest resources span 1.2 million mu, providing ample high-quality raw materials for the home furnishings industry.

The China Western (Guangyuan) Green Home Furnishings Industrial City is one of the largest single-site home furnishings industrial parks in Sichuan Province and even nationwide, and is fully committed to building a 10-billion-yuan green home furnishings industrial cluster.

To date, investment agreements have been signed with 54 companies, with a total investment exceeding 7.43 billion yuan. Eleven enterprises, including Meihao Shijia Smart Home, Guangzhi Aluminum, and Qianchengda, have already commenced production and operations.

Covering an area of approximately 43,000 square meters with a total investment of 200 million yuan, the company is a comprehensive enterprise integrating the R&D, design, production, sales, and service of aluminum alloy doors and windows.

Since commencing production in March, the company has received orders totaling over 1,000 tons. Currently, more than 70 employees in the workshop are working around the clock to meet demand. The company’s third production line has already begun equipment debugging and is expected to be put into operation shortly.
