Article 1 Purpose of the basis
    In order to further standardize the management of urban infrastructure support fee levy, and continue to optimize the investment environment, according to the Ministry of Finance "Interim Measures for the Management of Government Funds (Cai Guang [2010] No. 80), the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Finance "on the adjustment of urban infrastructure support fee standards in Chengdu City Notice" (Sichuan Development and Reform Price) (Sichuan Development and Reform Price [2012] No. 1387) and Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Housing and Construction "Administrative Measures for the Collection of Municipal Urban Infrastructure Supporting Fees in Chengdu City (Chengdu Residential Construction Development [2019] No. 175), the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Finance and the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban Construction "Notice on the Reduction of the Urban Infrastructure Supporting Fee Levy Standard for Some Categories of Construction Projects in the City" (Chengdu Finance and Construction Development (Chengdu Finance and Development [2020] No. 8), combined with the actual new area, the development of this approach.
    Article II Scope of Application
    Urban infrastructure support costs (hereinafter referred to as "supporting fee") is a government fund, where in Sichuan Tianfu New Area within the scope of the new construction, alteration and expansion (hereinafter collectively referred to as "construction") of various types of buildings and structures of the unit (including foreign-funded enterprises) and individuals, should be paid in accordance with the standard of 220 yuan square meters; the scope of industrial construction projects in accordance with the implementation of 60 yuan square meters; the scope of the underground space construction projects, public underground space in accordance with the 60 yuan square meters, non-public underground space in accordance with the implementation of 120 yuan square meters.
    Article III Collection Management
    Sichuan Tianfu New Area Park City Construction Bureau (hereinafter referred to as "Park City Bureau") is responsible for the Sichuan Tianfu New Area directly under the control of the area within the scope of the ancillary fee collection work.

    Article IV exemption provisions

    (vii) Other exemptions and reductions provided by the authorized authorities.
    Article 5: Restrictions on Changes
    All the construction projects enjoying policy exemptions shall not change the nature of use as determined by the approved design, and once changed, the construction unit shall pay the construction project support fee according to the size of the floor area after the change of the nature of use.
    Article 6 refund provisions

    Article IX Legal Liability

    Article 10 Interpretation organs
    This approach by the Park City Bureau is responsible for the interpretation.
    Article XI Implementation Date
    These measures shall come into force 30 days after the date of publication, valid for 3 years.
