Instructions for filling out the application form for deletion of manuscripts for the Merchants Network
1. The information filled in this registration form must be true and valid. After downloading, the content can be filled in electronically or manually. Regardless of the method chosen, it must be printed and then signed by the person himself/herself or stamped with the official seal to take effect.
2. Application for deletion of manuscripts must be sufficient reasons for deletion of the content of the one by one explanation. It will be valid if it is signed or stamped by the person himself/herself.
3. In addition to filling out the registration form in its entirety, applicants applying on an individual basis are required to provide a copy of their ID card and proof of the reason for deletion of the manuscript.
4. Applicants in the name of the unit (company), in addition to completing the registration form in its entirety, are required to present the unit's (company's) business license, the identity document of the person in charge, the work permit, and other original digital documents (or the original of the photocopies stamped with the official seal).
5. If you are entrusted with the deletion of the manuscript, you must present a notarized certificate of entrustment, which proves the relationship between the two parties' authorization and entrustment, and fill in the relevant information about the entrusted person separately.
6. If the applicant requests the deletion of a manuscript reproduced by the Merchants Network from other websites, the applicant is also required to present a copy of the deletion letter provided by the reproduced website or the original first website.
