The industrial cluster has planned three specialized industrial parks for coal chemical processing, new energy, and apparel, footwear, and hygiene products, and has improved the park’s infrastructure, including water, electricity, roads, district heating, natural gas, cable TV, and broadband.
Newly Constructed Standardized Factory Buildings
Adhering to the principle of “building the nest before attracting the phoenix,” the zone has constructed 33 standardized factory buildings, 6 warehouses, 1 office and commercial building, and a cafeteria, with a total usable floor area of 180,000 square meters. Construction on 40 newly planned standardized factory buildings is also set to begin shortly, aiming to accommodate industrial relocation from coastal regions and reduce investment costs for small and medium-sized enterprises.
