The Henan Provincial Key Industrial Cluster, located in Song County, Luoyang City, has a planned area of approximately 15 square kilometers. Its leading industries include deep processing of non-ferrous metals, new materials, eco-friendly foods, and the processing of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.

Leveraging mineral resources such as molybdenum and tungsten, the zone is developing the downstream deep-processing industrial chain of Luomo Group. At the same time, it is building brands for authentic medicinal herbs such as “Songxian Chaihu” and “Songxian Zaojiaci,” with the cultivation area for traditional Chinese medicinal herbs expected to exceed 100000 mu by 2024.

The location offers convenient transportation, with the Luo-Luan and Zheng-Luan Expressways running through the area, and is a 60-minute drive from downtown Luoyang. The industrial layout is driven by a dual “resources + ecology” approach, featuring the construction of a New Materials Industrial Park and a Traditional Chinese Medicine Industrial Park.

In terms of infrastructure, 500,000 square meters of standardized factory space have been completed, complemented by hazardous chemical storage facilities and a TCM raw material primary processing center. Supporting services include the Songxian Enterprise Service Center, talent apartments, and a vocational skills training base.
