Park Overview
Formerly known as the Wuzhi County Industrial Cluster, established in 2009, it was integrated, reorganized, and upgraded in 2024 to become the Wuzhi Economic and Technological Development Zone. The total planned area has expanded from the original 16.42 square kilometers to 42 square kilometers (including the Eastern New District).Located in the southeastern part of Wuzhi County, it is adjacent to the Zhengzhou Metropolitan Area. It serves as Jiaozuo City’s “bridgehead” for receiving industrial transfers from Zhengzhou and is the site of the county’s “flagship project” for industrial development. From 2025 to 2026, the development zone will focus on building three major industrial clusters: new energy vehicle support industries, biopharmaceuticals, and green food.
