It is located to the east and south of Tangyin County.In 2025, it was selected as a pilot county for the transformation and upgrading of Henan’s manufacturing sector, focusing on “intelligent transformation, digital transition, and network connectivity.” Leveraging the cultural brand of being the birthplace of Bian Que, the “Sage of Medicine,” the county is developing the “Bian Que Medical Industry Park” and a modern food industry cluster.In 2025, the county prioritized the development of the Northern Henan Aviation Economic Cooperation Zone. The blueprint for the aviation industrial cluster, with a total investment of 11.5 billion yuan, has begun to take shape, and construction of the logistics hub and four specialized parks (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food, and high-quality steel) is underway simultaneously.
