I. Expanding the Full Industrial Chain of Sour and Spicy Noodles
(1) Support Xixian in establishing a number of sweet potato planting bases. Encourage the adoption of development models such as “leading enterprises + bases” and “leading enterprises + cooperatives + farmers” to drive the expansion of sweet potato planting area beyond 500,000 mu. Adhere to green development in cultivation, implement green land certification, standardize planting management, and ensure the quality and safety of sweet potatoes.Provide policy support in areas such as seedling cultivation, procurement of machinery and equipment for the sweet potato industry, technical guidance, and agricultural insurance. Promote the “Dongyue Hong” sweet potato brand, prioritize the implementation of high-standard farmland projects in cultivation areas, and select, demonstrate, and promote high-quality, high-starch sweet potato varieties. IV. Establish a High-Standard Production System
(15) Enhance the R&D capabilities for sour and spicy noodle products. This center will oversee the improvement of product quality and quality safety control for Xixian sour and spicy noodles, while also strengthening inspection and testing guidance and technical support for enterprises in the Xixian sour and spicy noodles industry.
