I. Expanding the Full Industrial Chain of Sour and Spicy Noodles

(1) Support Xixian in establishing a number of sweet potato planting bases. Encourage the adoption of development models such as “leading enterprises + bases” and “leading enterprises + cooperatives + farmers” to drive the expansion of sweet potato planting area beyond 500,000 mu. Adhere to green development in cultivation, implement green land certification, standardize planting management, and ensure the quality and safety of sweet potatoes.Provide policy support in areas such as seedling cultivation, procurement of machinery and equipment for the sweet potato industry, technical guidance, and agricultural insurance.
