Serving as a direct subordinate or core technical backbone of the CEO or CTO of the headquarters, business group or division of a Fortune 500 company or the CTO of a well-known Internet/software enterprise or a well-known expert or a person who serves as the chairman or vice-chairman or above of a prestigious academic organization at the provincial level; 2. 6. Other circumstances that require the cancellation of the qualification of high-level talents.
(C) In case of conflict between this policy and other policies, the principle of not duplicating is adopted.
