Striving for Excellence, Attentive to Every Detail
A nation’s destiny lies in its people; a city’s destiny lies in its development. Guiyang stands at a “crossroads” of opportunity.
What does this crossroads entail? It means serving as the “locomotive” of Guizhou. Indeed, to strengthen Guizhou, we must first strengthen Guiyang.
In response to the “Strengthening the Provincial Capital” strategy, the Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone Science and Technology Innovation Park has taken on a significant responsibility, striving to create a nurturing environment for comfortable development and providing enterprises with a high-quality production setting.
Located within the fenced area of Phase II of the Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the park is divided into five zones—A, B, C, D, and E—and is being developed through phased implementation and rolling development. From the selection of premium materials to meticulous attention to construction details, the park embodies the spirit of craftsmanship.
A high-quality park begins with the materials.
Wear-resistant concrete flooring: The surface layer is mixed with wear-resistant aggregates and cast in a single pour; interior walls are painted, with construction completed up to the finished paint surface.
Standard factory buildings are classified as Class C: Class II fire resistance rating, with all finishes using Class A materials.
Public Area Facilities: Floors are constructed up to the concrete subbase, featuring anti-slip tiles and a waterproof coating.
Essential infrastructure is fully in place: Each workshop unit is equipped with two electric (freight) elevators (one operational, one on standby), both of which have passed special equipment inspection.
Additionally, the factory buildings are fully equipped with basic lighting and electrical systems, allowing for detailed secondary installations based on actual needs after companies move in.
In addition, a dormitory-style affordable housing project is currently underway; once operational, it will effectively address the housing needs of employees at companies based in the park.
Every material delivered to the site must undergo quality control inspection by the relevant departments. Critical processes and key stages are meticulously reviewed and strictly implemented; materials may only be put into use after passing inspection.
Ensuring seamless alignment between materials, design drawings, and regulatory standards not only establishes high quality benchmarks and strict process controls but also serves as a prerequisite for guaranteeing construction quality and providing enterprises with peace of mind upon moving in.

Industrial Craftsmanship: Seeing the Big Picture in the Details
A nation’s fortune lies in its people; a city’s fortune lies in its development. Guiyang stands at a crossroads of opportunity.
To build a "strong provincial capital," we must first strengthen industry; to strengthen industry, we must focus on strengthening industrial parks.
The Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park is located in northern Guiyang, boasting a prominent location and convenient transportation.
Freight operations rely on the Dulaoying International Land-Sea Logistics Hub, and the park is within a 30-minute commute of all major urban hubs.
It is 13 kilometers from downtown Guiyang, 11 kilometers from Guiyang North Station, 3 kilometers from Guiyang East Station, 18 kilometers from the international airport, and 10 kilometers from the International Conference Center.
Clearly, the park boasts significant geographical advantages, with well-connected transportation networks and convenient rail and road freight services.
Furthermore, major international freight corridors—such as the China-Europe Railway Express, the Guizhou-Guangdong Corridor, the China-Laos Railway, the Guangdong-Guangxi Railway, and the Guizhou-Chongqing Railway—operating through the Guiyang International Land Port integrate into the freight hub. These corridors connect to the national highway network via the Ring Expressway, creating favorable conditions for corporate operations and freight logistics.
Centered on the industrial positioning of “two main sectors and one specialty,” the Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park focuses on targeted investment promotion in the fields of advanced equipment manufacturing, electronic information, and eco-friendly specialty food industries. It aims to attract a group of core enterprises and base-oriented, leading, and driving projects to promote integrated development across upstream and downstream sectors, as well as among large, medium, and small enterprises, and across production, supply, and sales.
Since the project’s commencement, construction and investment promotion have proceeded in tandem, rapidly injecting innovative momentum into economic development and helping Guiyang open a new chapter in high-quality development.
On April 21, Guizhou Hangrui Technology Co., Ltd. successfully signed an agreement with Guiyang Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd.
The mass production project for titanium alloy hollow-core rivets for aerospace applications has officially settled in the Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park, becoming the first enterprise to establish operations there since the park’s opening.
With a total investment of approximately 300 million yuan and a planned gross floor area of 53,400 square meters, the project aims to establish a domestic production line with an annual capacity of 10 million titanium alloy pop rivets.
Once the project is completed and reaches full production capacity, it is expected to generate an average annual output value of approximately 300 million yuan, contribute an average of 17.5 million yuan in annual tax revenue, and create 200 jobs.
The successful establishment of the project is attributable to the park’s outstanding geographical, transportation, and policy advantages, as well as the park’s emphasis on and support for the project. Crucially, the company has personally experienced the “high-quality service” and favorable business environment.
As for the paper products company, the factory building will be handed over to the enterprise for occupancy after the acceptance inspection is completed next month. Other companies currently in negotiations will also be introduced in accordance with the specific requirements of the customs supervision zone.
This will effectively drive high-quality local economic development, injecting fresh vitality into the province’s industrial optimization and upgrading efforts and the creation of a new hub for opening up in Southwest China.
Well-Organized and Multi-Dimensional Planning
Many industrial parks suffer from soaring vacancy rates due to a lack of clear industrial positioning; some even engage in investment promotion before defining their industrial focus—a backward approach that is problematic.
Therefore, the type of enterprises to be attracted should be determined based on the industrial positioning, which in turn dictates the design of the facility’s floor-to-ceiling height, freight elevators, and various supporting facilities. This follows the logical sequence of “positioning first → design next → investment promotion last,” prioritizing the long-term development of enterprises.
The standard factory buildings in Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone’s Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park are by no means built on a whim, but rather through scientific design.
For the vast majority of enterprises in the R&D, pilot production, or early industrialization stages, modifying standard factory buildings to meet specific needs is a more cost-effective option that offers a degree of flexibility.
However, different enterprises have different production methods, and their space requirements vary greatly.
In most cases, after moving in, companies often need to undertake secondary renovations themselves to meet their specific needs, resulting in significant waste of manpower, material resources, and time.
To meet the development needs of enterprises, the industrial park has constructed customized factory buildings. The shift from mass production to customization is not merely a theoretical upgrade but a strategic adaptation to the dynamic market environment and the unique needs of individual enterprises.
This approach provides enterprises in specific industrial sectors with customized, personalized, and high-quality one-stop spatial solutions, while effectively addressing the demand for high-standard manufacturing facilities.
Consequently, this approach caters to the production needs of diverse enterprises, enhances space utilization, and fully meets their requirements for R&D, production, processing, and warehousing, thereby maximizing corporate value.
