Article 3  incentive funds from the municipal finance included in the annual budget. Article VI  cultural and entertainment enterprises, from the second year into the regulation, to the current year's operating income as the standard for incentives:

Enterprises with annual business revenue of 10-20 million yuan (not included) will be awarded 150,000 yuan;

Enterprises with annual business revenue of 20-50 million yuan (not included) will be awarded 200,000 yuan.

Enterprises with business revenue of 50 million yuan (inclusive) or more in the current year will be awarded 300,000 yuan.

The false, fraudulent financial units, enterprises and individuals, once verified, the recovery of incentive funds, and seriously investigate the responsibility of the responsible person.

Article XI  Reward funds are earmarked for special purposes, no unit shall not for any reason, any form of retention or misappropriation.
