Nanping Science and Technology Eco-City will establish a "3+1+1" industrial development framework centered on printing and additive manufacturing, smart home technology, and intelligent manufacturing equipment, while also focusing on cutting-edge information technology and innovation sectors and providing comprehensive support through modern service industries.In terms of industrial development, the Eco-City will raise the overall floor area ratio to 3.0, encourage enterprises to upgrade through “industrial-to-industrial” conversions, strictly control “industrial-to-commercial,” “industrial-to-retail,” and “industrial-to-residential” conversions, and promote the demolition of low-rise structures to build high-rises, the replacement of old facilities with new ones, and capacity expansion and renovation, with the goal of constructing high-standard industrial facilities.In addition, the Eco-City will develop a "two horizontal, four vertical, and one ring" external transportation network to integrate into the region’s high-mobility transportation system.
