Project Overview
Lian Dong U Valley Dongguan Houjie Information Technology and Smart Manufacturing Park is located on Xihuan Road in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The project covers a total area of 84.8 mu (approximately 5.65 hectares) and has a planned total floor area of approximately 200,000 square meters. The main construction components include factory buildings, office towers, R&D centers, and dormitories, aimed at creating a distinctive demonstration park focused primarily on the next-generation electronic information industry and supported by high-end equipment manufacturing.

Multi-story factory buildings: Floor area ranges of 1,000–1,500–2,100 m²; first-floor load capacity: 2 t/m², floors 2–8: 800 kg/m², floors 9–12: 650 kg/m²;
Ceiling heights: First floor 7.2 m, standard floors 4.5/5.1 m;
