In order to implement the Xi Jinping new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics thought, adhere to scientific and technological innovation to lead the construction of modern industrial system, accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity, focus on building the city's innovation and development of the main engine, is now set up up a maximum of 100 million yuan of special funds to support the Torch Hi-Tech Zone innovation and development, the development of the following measures.
One, activate the main body of enterprise innovation vitality
(I) Gradient Cultivation of Science and Technology Enterprises. Encourage the Torch Hi-tech Zone financial support for the construction of major scientific and technological innovation platform open sharing of scientific research instruments and equipment, to create a pilot platform for open sharing of scientific research instruments and equipment, empowering science and technology enterprises. Torch Hi-tech Zone enterprises can use shared equipment at preferential prices.

Single enterprise (organization) maximum funding of 1 million yuan.
V. Appendix
This policy measure applies to the Torch Hi-tech Zone coordinated area, including Zhongshan Harbor Street and Minzhu Street. This measure shall be interpreted by the District Science and Innovation Development and Investment Promotion Bureau together with the District Market Supervision and Administration Sub-bureau, and shall be effective for 1 year from the date of issuance. In case of inconsistency or duplication between the previous policies and this policy, it will be implemented in accordance with the principle of "new, favorable, and no duplication". Some of the measures of this policy can be overlapped with similar municipal science and technology policy coverage, the relevant measures in accordance with the current year's budget to carry out thematic declarations in due course, specific to the declaration guidelines shall prevail.
