Supporting Manufacturing Enterprises in Reducing Costs and Burdens 1. Support enterprises in reducing land costs. When their sales revenue or industrial project investment reaches a certain scale, corresponding rewards will be granted, with a maximum reward of 4.2 million yuan; enterprises newly recognized as national-level “Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative” (SRUI) “Little Giants” or “Single-Champion” enterprises will receive a one-time reward of 500,000 yuan; enterprises recognized as provincial-level SRUI, “Single-Champion,” or national-level high-tech enterprises will receive a a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan; support micro and small enterprises that are newly upgraded to industrial enterprises above designated size, granting a one-time reward of 100,000 yuan. Individuals or organizations that have registered in advance and successfully refer investment projects (excluding capital increase and expansion projects) to settle in the Jinping Joint Industrial Park will receive a reward based on the project type — 5 — and falls under the “Cultivation” or “Encouragement” categories specified in the *Shantou City Industrial Development Guidance Catalog (2022 Edition)* (Shantou Municipal Development and Reform Commission [2022] No. 413), provided that the industrial project investment reaches 100 million yuan or more, or the investment in production-oriented services reaches 50 million yuan or more, and the enterprise associated with the project possesses independent legal person status, and whose business registration, tax administration, and statistical reporting are all within the Joint Development Park. Upon completion of the agreed-upon investment and commencement of production and operations, a one-time reward of 0.2% of the project’s fixed-asset investment amount shall be granted, with the maximum reward amount not exceeding 1 million yuan. Supporting Enterprises in Developing New Business Models 17.Support for Jinping food and healthcare enterprises to invest in the construction of supply chain product selection centers: For enterprises or industry associations that invest in the construction of supply chain product selection centers, aggregate more than 60 Shantou-based enterprises, and establish a local sales company with independent legal person status, if the Jinping-based sales company achieves annual local sales of 60 million yuan or more in the year of the center’s completion and operation or the following year, a one-time subsidy of 20% of the actual investment and construction costs will be granted, with a maximum of 200 yuan; encourage enterprises within the joint-development park and Jinping-listed companies to conduct live-streaming sales activities (including the construction of live-streaming bases), and provide a one-time reward to enterprises that achieve a certain sales volume, with a maximum reward of 700,000 yuan. Supporting the Creation of a Convenient and Efficient Government Service Environment 20. Launch the “Golden Steward” service model to provide enterprises and projects with a series of free services, including assistance and proxy services; the District Government Service Center hall offers free seal engraving, free postage, and free copying and printing services; provide “first-loan assistance” to small and micro enterprises and sole proprietors; launch “cross-city processing” services with Shenzhen’s Guangming District, enabling high-frequency government service matters to be handled in both districts.
