(b) support for intelligent transformation of enterprises and other matters to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises;
(c) support for the construction of public service platforms and public inspection and testing platforms;

Chapter II Support and Standards

Article VII for enterprises involved in volatile organic compounds, furnaces and boilers, through the implementation of environmental protection renovation works, such as obtaining a management level upgrade to give incentives.
