In order to thoroughly study and implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area (hereinafter referred to as the Greater Bay Area), to implement the "Outline of the Plan for the Development of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area" on the "promotion of trade liberalization" and the "CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee".
