    I. Encouraging Industrial Enterprises to Secure More Orders and Increase Production. From the second half of 2021 through the end of that year, manufacturing enterprises above designated size whose quarterly industrial output value increases by 10% or more compared to the previous quarter will be awarded a bonus of up to 500,000 yuan, equivalent to 1% of the quarterly increase in output value.(Responsible Units: Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Municipal Finance Bureau) II. Provide interest subsidies for working capital loans used to purchase raw materials. For enterprises with an output value of 500 million yuan or more in 2021, a 30% interest subsidy will be provided for new working capital loans taken out for raw material procurement in the second half of 2021, with a maximum subsidy of 500,000 yuan.
