The Changshan Economic Development Zone in Yunxiao, Fujian, is a provincial-level key economic development zone in Fujian Province. Located in the southern part of Zhangzhou City at the junction of Yunxiao, Zha'an, and Dongshan counties, it lies at the heart of the Dongshan Island Economic Development Zone. National Highway 324, the Shenhai Expressway, and the Xiamen-Shenzhen High-Speed Railway all pass through the area, making it a key transportation hub in southern Fujian.Formerly known as the Changshan Overseas Chinese Farm—the second-largest such farm in China and the largest in the province—the development zone is now directly administered by Zhangzhou City. It is a nationally designated key overseas Chinese community and a provincial-level economic development zone, serving as a vital pillar of Zhangzhou’s “One Core, Two Bays” development strategy and one of the future central urban areas of the southern Zhangzhou region.
