As a provincial key project and one of Quanzhou’s first 14 pilot projects for standardized development of industrial parks, Phase I of the Jinjiang Chip Manufacturing Industrial Park has now been fully completed and has entered the stage of interior fit-out by tenant companies.Meanwhile, tenant recruitment for Phase I has exceeded 80%, with the total planned investment by incoming enterprises reaching 2.4 billion yuan. The park comprises production zones, R&D and office areas, and living amenities. It will focus on attracting leading integrated circuit (IC) enterprises, as well as upstream and downstream IC projects—including design, manufacturing, and small-scale packaging and testing—to drive industrial collaboration and specialized division of labor within the IC sector. Phase I has a planned total floor area of 113,800 square meters and officially broke ground in May 2022.
