Fuzhou Coastal New City is located in the coastal area of Changle, surrounded by the three mountains of Shoushi, Dongfeng, and Nanyang. Covering an area of 188 square kilometers, it encompasses the international airport to the north and connects to Songxia Port to the south, facing the East China Sea. The planned population is 1.3 million, with the core area spanning 86 square kilometers. A Hub of Innovation, Gateway to the World, Ideal Place to Work and Live, and Eco-Friendly Green City
The Coastal New City will adhere to its development positioning as a vanguard driving the province’s economic and social development and as an “Innovation Hub, Gateway to the World, Business-Friendly Home, and Eco-Green City.” It aims to build the Coastal New City into a new driving force for Fuzhou’s development and a new symbol of a modern international city.
