To minimize the influence of financial crisis, the Administrative Committee of Tianjin Free Trade Zone and the Airport Processing Zone enacted measures to encourage in-zone enterprises to enlarge export and boost the steady export growth in 2009.

Firstly, the Administrative Committee sets up “Export Development Fund” to encourage and support export of enterprises in Tianjin Free Trade Zone and the Airport Processing Zone.

Secondly, an encouragement of 20 000 yuan will be granted to enterprises for every additional one million US dollar export value on the base value of US$5 million.

Thirdly, an encouragement of 100 000 yuan will be given to top 10 enterprises having a yearly export value of above US$5 million.

Fourthly, an encouragement of 100 000 yuan will be given to enterprises obtaining a title of brand export commodity enterprises from the Ministry of Commerce and an encouragement of 80 000 yuan will be given to enterprises obtaining a title of independent export brand enterprises from municipal government.

Fifthly, offer 20% allowance to export enterprises attending overseas exhibitions.

Sixthly, 100 yuan will be awarded to every US$10 000 export value for enterprises which has entered the procurement system of the United Nations.

Seventhly, “export rebate turnover capital” is set up and the export rebate fund in advance for enterprises with an export rebate of above one million yuan.
