According to the relevant requirements of the higher levels and the implementation of the policy, discussed and approved by the Office of the Director of the Zone, the following additional revisions are proposed to the "Some Incentive Policies of the Industrial Collaboration and Innovation Center of Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone": Cancel "5, local financial contribution incentives". Certain Incentive Policies of Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone on Industrial Co-innovation Center" is proposed to be supplemented and amended as follows: "5. Local Financial Contribution Reward" is canceled. Enterprises (except for industrial service enterprises and social intermediaries) that contribute more than 100,000 yuan to the local finance will be rewarded with regional benefits within three years from the date of establishment".

This supplemental amendment shall be implemented from the date of publication of the document, and the deadline for implementation shall be consistent with the "Several Incentive Policies of Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone on the Resident Industrial Co-innovation Centers" (Yu Jingkai District [2022] No. 24), which shall be interpreted by the Administrative Committee of Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone.
